Food honoured as a source of
culture, healing, and community

A place where traditions meet intention.

KinnSoul was born from a belief that food is not simply something we consume — it is a living bridge between the land, the body, and the soul. Each retreat is designed for wellness-driven individuals seeking a balanced and immersive journey into mindfulness, movement, and holistic nutrition.

Whether beneath the oaks of the British countryside or among the pines of Northern Thailand, our gatherings hold one quiet promise: that you will leave feeling more rooted, more nourished, and more yourself than when you arrived.

01
Conscious eating
Every meal is seasonal, locally sourced, and prepared as an act of care — nourishment for body and spirit.
02
Mindful living
Simple daily rituals — movement, breath, silence — practised together, taken home gently.
03
Rooted in place
We honour the land, the makers, and the stories behind the food we share — never extracting, always giving back.
04
Community first
Small groups. Real conversations. Connections that outlast the retreat itself.

Vicky

Vicky's role is to support guests through the retreat experience — educating, inspiring, and empowering them to understand how food, herbs, and lifestyle choices support long-term health. Through practical demonstrations and gentle teaching, she helps guests reconnect with food as nourishment, enjoyment, and healing.

Her philosophy is simple: health begins in the gut, is deeply influenced by the nervous system, and flourishes when we work in harmony with nature.

Culinary Journey,
rooted in place and purpose.

We celebrate cuisine born of the land — where local ingredients, regional traditions, and community wellness meet. Each retreat connects you to the people, practices, and places behind every meal.

"Cooking is an act of love, balance, and healing — a harmony between body, mind, and spirit passed from one generation to the next."

— Lhong, KinnSoul founder

Sustainable practices
Responsible consumption, reduced food waste, and active support for businesses and villages that prioritise environmental and social responsibility.
Cultural immersion
Learn the history, traditions, and stories behind food — how it's grown, cooked, and shared within the communities that shaped it.
Community partnership
Every retreat channels support to small producers, family farms, and artisans — so Culinary Journey becomes a force for preservation, not extraction.

What our guests take
home with them

A small sample of the words, reflections, and quiet transformations shared at the end of each retreat.

I came feeling exhausted and disconnected. I left with a whole new relationship to food, rest, and my own body. The herbal workshop alone was worth the entire trip.

Lhong's cooking is more than food — it's storytelling. Every dish felt like an invitation to slow down and really taste, really be present. I've carried that home.

Chiang Mai changed something in me. The village day, the foraging walks, the quiet mornings — I finally understood what rest actually feels like. Already planning my return.
